San Pedro Ambergris Caye a calm view Holy Thursday

Island is getting ready for this weekends Easter weekend 2017.

Earlier this year in the month of March the beach has been uplifted for this weekends Easter weekend 2017. Easter weekend in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye is one of the busiest time of the year and one of the biggest celebrations on the island. Whether it’s celebration through religious activities, beach parties or sports activities the island is packed with visitors.

Belizeans from all around the country travel to the island for this specific time of the year. Just to witness dances, dj's live music, foam party, dance competition, live band music and more.Hotels and golf cart rentals have to be booked months in advance because it is impossible to find one during that period.2017 Easter weekend can be expected more than 3,000 visitors around the world. Today on Holy Thursday, a bunch of people from the main land where coming in on San Pedro Water Express. But, what I've saw on thunderbolts boat, I saw the boat filled with people. Surprisingly, it did not had more space to take more people. Things will start to move around on Saturday.  Good Friday in Belize is celebrated without alcohol.  Dry.   The holy day is observed without alcohol sales.  None at bars, restaurants, stores.     But that doesn’t exactly mean no drinking.    There are low key pool, beach and house parties galore.  Low key.

And check on your boat trips – many tour companies and fishermen dock their boats for the day in observance. The town center is a bit quiet since all bars and most restaurants are closed and there is a Roman Catholic procession through the streets of San Pedro.

It features dive sites with parrot-fish and moray eels, plus nurse sharks and stingrays at Shark Ray Alley. To the north, Bacalar Chico National Park protects wildlife and the Chac Balam Mayan ruins.Everyone around the world are busy at work, busy doing other stuffs and many may not have the to time to relax. Are you to busy somewhere else doing work? Then, San Pedro Ambergris Caye is one of the best hot spot in Belize. Locals here are friendly around the island with that great atmosphere while you dine at your favorite restaurant.  San Pedro has many thing to offer around the island. Such as Scuba diving, Sky diving, massage, just relax at your hotel, clubbing, parasailing, Blue Hole diving, Glover's reef atoll, lighthouse atoll and more.
